Hi, I’m Josh Walter — ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and former Collegiate National Heavyweight Champion Bodybuilder.
With over 20 years of structured training experience, I specialize in helping individuals reach their genetic potential through proven strategies in:

Q. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR Coaching and Consultations?
Coaching is an ongoing, hands-on relationship focused on long-term transformation. It includes:
Customized training and nutrition programs
Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins
Ongoing adjustments based on progress, biofeedback, and goals
Full access for questions, guidance, and support
Education on PEDs, recovery, and lifestyle optimization (when applicable)
Ideal for those who want structure, accountability, and a strategic plan tailored to their evolving goals.
Consultations are one-time (or occasional) deep-dive sessions designed to address specific needs. These may include:
Bloodwork review and PED/hormone guidance
Supplement and recovery protocols
